There are two different things that help you gain your skill points in enchanting. World of Warcraft Cooking Tips

September 30th, 2009

wow power leveling

WoW Cooking is one of  my favorite world of warcraft profession.but most of the world of warcraft leveling gamers make their wow power leveing in the balck.to help these wow leveling gamers to get a good wow cooking profession ,we are glad to share this wow tips with you.

The online game World of Warcraft is one of the most popular computer games of any sort ever created. Around the globe, untold numbers of people enjoy the 3d fantasy adventure world of WoW ?where your character can learn and use a wide variety of skills. So why a WoW cooking guide? One of these is cooking, a skill that while not essential, strictly speaking can be useful in that some of the foods you抣l learn to cook at higher levels can give you some buffs and also earn you a tidy sum of wow gold! This brief WoW cooking guide will attempt to get you started on your way to mastering this skill.

First of all, you are going to need fire if you want to cook; pretty much any fire you can find works. If there is no fire handy, you will have to make a fire yourself. To do this you’ll need the items Simple Wood and Flint and Tinder. You’ll also need the ability Basic Campfire ?you can learn this skil by training at a cooking trainer. Sorry, reading this WoW cooking guide wont give your character the skill (we do it for you if we could!)

Got fire? Good! Next you are going to need something to cook. Start with the simplest recipe; spice bread. You’ll need to buy Simple Flour and Mild Spice for this. Hint: if you learn your cooking skill in Ironforge, you can start cooking on the fire outside the building, which will make things a little easier for the novice chef. Once you level up your cooking skill a bit, you’ll be ready for something a little more challenging.

For Horde players:

You can hunt Mottled Boars (for Boar Meat) and Wolves, Stalkers and Darkhounds (for Stringy Wolf Meat) and cook these to level up your cooking skill a little farther. You can speed this up a little by cooking Spiced Wolf Meat, but you will have to remember to buy Mild Spice as well.

For Alliance Players:

At low levels, Crag Boars and Boars (for Boar Meat) and Wolves (Stringy Wolf Meat) are easy prey ?the same tip for Spiced Wolf Meat applies for Alliance players.

Once you are reached level 50 as a cook, you will want to train as a Journeyman Cook and then you will be past the introductory stage of cooking skills and on your way to bigger and better things ?Though this brief WoW cooking guide only covers the very basics, just you wait: Tender Wolf Steaks, Monster Omelets and Smoked Desert Dumpling await you at higher levels.

Thank you for your time reading our wow power leveling tips.we have been never hesitated to present you the most powerfuly world of warcraft leveling tips and wow gold farming tips.

World of Warcraft Grinding Guide

September 29th, 2009

wow power leveling

I’m happy to share my wow power leveing tips with you.we all konw ,wow leveling is bored and costly.so a useful world of warcraft tips may help a lot.that’s why i m give you my private experience which has been proved to be effective.Hoping you can benefit from it.

Grinding is a reality of the game World Of Warcraft even though it just doesn’t seem right to have to do something with that name when you’re playing a game. Yet, in fact, that’s precisely what players of this Massively Multi Player Role Playing Game do!

What does grinding mean? Well, characteristically means touring a limited geographic zone and receiving loot and killing monsters in that zone and ultimately gaining experience points. Here is a wow grinding guide explaining why you should grind:

1. Grinding to Level Up Another use of grinding is to advance some skills. For instance, by grinding monsters, leather workers can improve their skinning skills at the same time as earning XP for wow leveling. Each time a skill iis performed it results in the skill level going up by a point.

2. Grinding for Quests Grinding can be achieved through questing as a lot of quests in WoW necessitate the gamer kill X number of Y mobs. So in fact the quest is actually grinding in such cases. So you kill two birds with one stone so to speak.

3. Grinding to Make Fast & Easy wow Gold A fast way to make gold is by grinding humanoid mobs that drop gold, silver and copper as well as items that are saleable.

If a WoW gamer needs world of warcraft gold, which is a necessary part of the game to pay for new skills or buy items, weapons, clothing and potions in the Auction House then grinding in a profitable area is a good way of earning the necessary cash.

4. Grinding for Recipe Items Several professions necessitate items that can be discovered on mob drops. A world of warcraft gamer requiring such an item will have to determine the mob that drops them, and then grind the mob until they get the necessary items required.

5. Grinding to Loot Epic Drops Occasionally during grinding, a gamer will loot an epic (piece of equipment that is best in its class) from a mob that they have killed. Such loot is exceptionally rare and a player will be fortunate to gain such loot a few times over the course of their playing time. The greatest probability of an epic drop will be from a mob that is not part of a quest grind, and also is not part of a reputation grind.

6. Grinding to Gain Reputation Reputation can also be achieved by grinding. There are many groups in World Of Warcraft that have profitable rewards for gamers. The rewards a gamer can obtain will characteristically be based on their reputation with that group or faction. A faction will usually require X items that drop from mobs. Each item turned in increases the gamers reputation with the faction. To achieve the reward from the faction, players will grind on the mobs that drop the desired items. Finally they turn in the items and retrieve their reward of a new weapon or other item.

World of Warcraft (WoW) Tips

wow power leveling

The fastest way to make wow power leveling and get wow gold is to take as many quests as possible. This is especially true for characters under level 20. If you want to get your character level up in a hurry, then here is a a Wow Leveling tips  summary of some basic principles.

* Take as many quests as possible and at the same time

* Try not to do quests one at a time

* When entering a new area, grab all the quests from NPC’s first

* A good group of 2 or 3 (such as tank + healer) can be more effective than soloing

* Groups work well when a quest calls for “kill X amount of something”

* Groups are tools. Use when good, dump when bad

* Play a Multi-Zone game (switch between zones with quests at or below your level)

* When you hit level 10 or so, its time to run to the nearest “other” starting area and do the quests there

* Doing a load of quests 3-5 levels beneath you really racks up EXP fast

* Green quests are quick and easy XP and loot

* Level grind 2-3 levels on yellow quests, turn them green, then power through the quests solo

* If you are getting killed more than once doing a single quest, you are wasting time

* Remember that running an instance every now and then is necessary to improve your gear

* Dump quests that are gray

* Dump quests that require a lot of running around

* Don’t dump class quests, but do them when the doing is easier

* Kill dozens of green monsters for easy and multiple XP gains

* Have fun! Consider taking a break from power leveling to explore all the aspects of the world of warcraft .

World of Warcraft class tips for beginners

September 24th, 2009

wow power leveling

World of warcraft attracts more and more players.it is one of the most perfect gamers.there are something you need to konw if you want to involve in wow power leveling and wow gold farming.

The World of Warcraft is a much populated world, in fact many people would say that it is an overpopulated world. If you’re wondering what on earth World of Warcraft is, to put it simply it is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG), and the World of Warcraft characters to be found within its confines are as colorful as you will find anywhere on Earth.

The World of Warcraft characters can come in many different varieties and belong to one of nine Wow Classes and each character takes on a life of it’s own after creation. This life is infused into the characters by each different player and is the reason why MMORPG’s like World of Warcraft are so popular with people.

Wouldn’t you be like to be anyone you wanted to be, even if it was only for a few short hours a day? This is why many people are drawn to the game, the World of Warcraft characters gives everyone more scope than they would otherwise be able to get elsewhere.

This becomes enhanced when there is Player vs. Player situations while in wow leveling. Because the World of Warcraft characters can take on the life and the mannerisms of the player, no two World of Warcraft characters are alike. This makes for interesting times when players meet.

To choose your World of Warcraft characters (because with one account you can create up to a maximum of 50 characters which can be spread across the different servers), you will need to go through a series of steps.

The first step is choosing your faction. You need to decide first of all whether you’re going to be part of the honorable Alliance, or whether you want to be a part of the mighty Horde.

You will then need to go on to step number two, where you need to decide which race your World of Warcraft characters are going to take.

Are they going to be Human, Orc, Dwarf, Troll, or one of the other eight playable races? (You get an extra two races if you have the Burning Crusade expansion pack to make it a total of ten playable races.)

Once you choose what race (or races) your World of Warcraft characters are going to be, you will then need to choose Wow Classes for them.

Your World of Warcraft characters can become one of these nine different wow classes, and this will in essence be their identity. They can choose from world of warcraft Druids, world of warcraft Shaman, world of warcraft Hunters, world of warcraft Warriors, world of warcraft druid, world of warcraft Warlocks, world of warcraft Mages, world of warcraft Paladins, world of warcraft Priests and world of warcraft Rogues.

You will then have the pleasure of choosing for your World of Warcraft characters professions so they can earn wow gold, silver, and copper to finance their adventures through the lands of Warcraft. When you finish this step you will then be ready to take your place in the World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft tips and tricks

wow power leveling
I have been a loyal world of warcraft power leveling gamers since its release.Knowing that wow leveling is exhausted and time costly,so i m willing to share my wow power leveling experience and wow gold farim tips with you.hoping you can benefit form it.
* Pressing Shift + B opens up all of your packs. Makes selling easier. You can also shift-click any bag in the toolbar to open/close them all. Or, Bind your bag opening key to Open all bags instead.

* Holding down Alt causes you to select yourself as the target for spells, buffs, etc. F1 does this as well. F2-F5 selects your fellow party members. If they have a pet, hitting their F key twice will select the pet.

* Be sure to log out inside of an Inn or major town to build up your rest bonus. This bonus is determined by how long you are in the rest area (captial cities count in their enterity) and caps at approximately 1.5 levels worth of xp doubling which takes about 2 weeks in a rest area to hit.
This time accrues whether you are logged in or not so ALWAYS log in an inn or capital city.

* Shift + Right click to auto loot kills, crafting nodes, chests, and any world object that can be manipulated.

* Shift + Left Click either posts an item into the chat window as a link if you have chat open, or it splits a stack of items. This can also be used to select how many of a non-stacked item you want to buy from a vendor.

*Clicking on a name in the chat window sends that person a tell.

*Shift + Clicking on a name in chat performs a /who

* With a teammate targetted, typing /assist will fight what they target. In the default configuration, F will select their target. If youre running a pet, F1-F1-F will select whatever your pet is aggrod on.

* Not so much at trick, but faction discounts apply to the flyers and trainers as well, so dont be so quick to throw away newbie quests that you forget to complete – they help out in the long run. Be aware that the reputation received from a quest drops off sharply when it goes grey, unless the quest is a high-profile one for that faction (i.e. Defias for Stormwind). Also, many quests give reputation bonuses in more than one faction; you see this a lot with Ironforge/Gnomeregan Exiles. Finally, if you hover over a quest-giving NPC, the game now tells you in the tooltiip which faction theyre aligned with.

* The command /random # # makes dice rolls between the two numbers specified (ex: /random 1 100 will roll randomly (1-100)). Its useful for quests and such, as I always use it to roll for chests or veins of ore, etc.

* Go Swimming There are often chests at the bottom of lakes aswell as mineral nodes that wont show up on radar until you are submerged. (the lake outside Loch Modan (sp) is Amazing for tier 1 and has 5 chest spawns that I have found so far)

* Increase the range of your Target nearest key. Go into your WTF folder and edit the Config.wtf file. Add the following line at the bottom:

SET TargetNearestDistance 40.000000″

* The Auction House will respond to you much quicker if you narrow your search range. If nothing else, use the level range boxes, and search by armor/weapon category. Also, using the text-string search box is the fastest way Ive found to find consumables.

* of the : These are paired stat bonuses based on the animal type, and they will always have the same two stats paired. If youre looking for stat buffing armor, and you know what stats you want, search Auction House for the following animals:

Bear: Strength, Stamina
Boar: Strength, Spirit
Eagle: Intellect, Stamina
Falcon: Intellect, Agility
Gorilla: Strength, Intellect
Monkey: Agility, Stamina
Owl: Intellect, Spirit
Tiger: Strength, Agility
Whale: Spirit, Stamina
Wolf: Agility, Spirit

* To make fast cash when youre really bored, farm -5/-6 humanoid creatures. They drop Linen/Wool/Silk, all of which sell very well in AH if you put low buyouts. They also drop more copper/silver than comparable beasts, demons, dragonkin, or elementals.

* Cooked food stacks to higher amounts than raw food. By training cooking, you can double a single slots worth of storage, and get more benefit.

*While on autorun, hold down the right mouse button to steer. Easier to make small course corrections this way.

*To learn more about your guild (How many actual players there are, for instance) Type /ginfo

* Dont want to use a mod to speed up that quest text? Use these scripts instead

Speedy Quest
/script QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS = 600000
/script RegisterForSave(”QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS”)
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage(”Quests are now SUPER SPEEDY!”);

Regular Quest
/script QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS = 40
/script RegisterForSave(”QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS”)
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage(”Quests are now regular speed!”);

* Alt-Z will hide your UI and makes for better screenshots.

* V will bring up health bars under the names of everything you can see, and switch it off again.

* Hunters, If you and your pet get in over your head and you want to keep the pet alive, set the pet to stay and run away. If you can get out of range before the pet dies, the pet will unsummon itself. You can then instantly call it back to you once you have reached safety. Its a lot quicker and less mana and food intensive than having to rezz and feed the pet.

* In the key bindings theres a thing called camera flip. By default its not bound to anything. It flips the camera view so youre looking at yourself from the front instead of the back. May be useful when running away and want to see if mobs are still chasing you.

* Mail is the great extra bank account. Create a level 1 alt. Mail it all your stuff you want to save. It can sit on that guy for 29 days. Then have it use the return option to send them back to your main for another 29 days.

* You can fish while waiting on a boat. Do not stand too close to the edge though, because the boat will knock you off the dock and into the water.

* Ask guards in town for directions. Now press m and you will see a red flag marking where you need to go.

* For high levels that want to level up skills. Head to Scarlet Monastery and attack the Scarlet Chaplans. They HoT themselves and heal for a decent amount. so long as you dont out damage you can basically attack them indefintely.

* Also for leveling up wands attack a caster. You resist 99% of there spells and so can easily skill up that way.

* To see what class/lvl/guild someone is on the chat hold shift and left click their name it basicly does a /who on them

I ‘m sure that you are going to be a veteran world of warcraft leveling gamer if you follow this wow gold farming tips and wow power leveling guide.

Best character for grinding!

September 22nd, 2009

wow power leveling

Like most wow power leveling players, when I start on a realm I want more than one character.  I’ll have a good DPS, a tank, a healer, a twink, and a coke mule….no wait…ah mule…either way he’s the one with all the loot for i m wanting wow gold.

So what’s a good toon for grinding?  I hear this question a lot, and there’s no real BEST class.  But there are some that are better than others.

So before we look at what I’d consider some of the best, let me first point out why some aren’t good.  You’ll want to be able to kill mobs, loot and move on as fast as possible.  So any class that you have set aside for healing won’t be a very efficient, so we can rule them out.

After we rule them out there’s a lot of characters that you could use for grinding, and some are a little better than others, but pretty much any class can grind.

But if you’re rolling simply for the purpose of a good grinder there’s a few you should seriously look at.

Warlocs and Hunters are two of the most favorable grinding classes for wow pvp and wow gold farming.  Their solo play style will allow you to solo instances that you couldn’t with other classes, so you’ll be able to grind higher instances, and make more gold if you’re an instance grinder.

Rogues are another really good option, especially if you’re an enchanter.  Once you’re grinding instances you’ll be able to stealth in to the boss, kill em, and farm more world of warcraft gold.  This is a method that several players are able to make up to 600g an hour!  Druids are also able to use this technique.

Mages and Palladins are a few of my favorite, for their AOE.  It’s not only good for running guildies through instances, but there are several instances that they can do in one pull…and then taking longer to loot than it took to take the whole thing down.

So what’s the BEST?  What do I recommend?  I’d say roll a toon that you’ll enjoy playing, and make wow gold the best way that class can.  Even if you prefer to have a healer as your main, there’s still a lot of ways that you can make wow gold us.

How to choose your desired wow profession?

September 21st, 2009

wow power levelingThere is no doubt that a good character plays a vital role in wow power leveling and wow pvp. Here i was going to tell you some useful  wow leveling tips :how to choose you desired charcter before you world of warcraft.

The stoic dwarves of Ironforge are an ancient race of robust humanoids who live beneath the snow-capped mountains of Khaz Modan. The Dwarves have always been fast allies with the Humans, and they revel in the prospects of battle and storytelling alike. In past ages, the Dwarves rarely left the safety of their mountain fortresses.
However, whenever the call to battle sounded, they rose up to defend their friends and allies with unmatched courage and valor. Due to a recent discovery that uncovered fragments of their ancient origins, the Dwarves have undergone a remarkable transformation. The discovery convinced the Dwarves that the mighty Titans created them from stone when the world was young. They feel that their destiny is now to search the world over for more signs and proof of their enchanted heritage and to rediscover the Titans’ hidden legacies. To this end, the Dwarves have sent out their Prospectors to all ends of the world in the hopes of discovering new insight into their shrouded past.
These journeys led to Dwarven excavation sites all over the known world, some of which serve as outposts and some of which serve as potential hunting grounds for enemies of the Dwarven race.

Start Location: Dun Morogh
Home City: Ironforge
Racial Mount: Rams

Starting Stats:
23 Strength, 19 Agility, 24 Stamina, 19 Intellect, 19 Spirit, 40 Armor, 85 Health

Racials:

  • Stoneform – active
While active, grants immunity to Bleed, Poison, and Disease effects. In addition, Armor increases by 10%.
    Lasts 8 sec. – 3 min cooldown

This racial for a rogue can be very, very nice. It basically lets you remove bleed effects and poisons at your own whim, including enemy rogue Blind while blinded. This allows you to remove things such as Rupture, Deep Wounds and Rend in order to restealth without worrying about being brought out by the DoT damage. Also helps clear Devouring Plauge.

  • Gun Specialization – passive
Dwarves get +5 to Gun Skill

This is pretty much an irrelevant racial for you as a Rogue.

  • Frost Resistance – passive
All Dwarves get +10 Frost Resistance

Not a huge deal, since 10 Resistance isn’t much, however its a microscopical advantage against Hunters traps and Mages.

  • Treasure Finding – passive
Activate to see treasure chests on mini map – lasts until canceled – no cooldown

Finding treasure! Its a cute thing to have indeed, but nothing to base your race choice on.

  • Gnomes

The eccentric, often brilliant Gnomes are one of the most peculiar races of the world. With their obsession for developing radical new technologies and constructing marvels of mind-bending engineering, it’s a wonder that any Gnomes have survived to propagate the species.
Thriving within the wondrous techno-city of Gnomeregan, the Gnomes shared the resources of the forested Dun Morogh Peaks with their Dwarven cousins. Though the dwarves of Ironforge also have a propensity for technology and engineering, it is the gnomes who provide the critical, visionary designs for most of the dwarves’ weapons and steam vehicles.
The Gnomes served the Alliance well during the Second War, but strangely, they refused to send any personnel to aid their allies during the Burning Legion’s recent invasion. Though their designs helped turn the tide against the Legion, the Dwarves and Humans were shocked by the Gnomes’ decision to withhold their courageous troops and pilots.
When the war ended, the Alliance discovered the reason for the Gnomes’ sudden withdrawal. Apparently, an ancient, barbaric menace had risen from the bowels of the earth and invaded Gnomeregan. Knowing that their allies’ priority was defeating the Burning Legion, the Gnomes decided to make their stand alone. Though they fought valiantly to save their beloved city, Gnomeregan was irrevocably lost.
Nearly half of the Gnomish race was wiped out during the fall of Gnomeregan. The ragged Gnomes that survived fled to the safety of the Dwarves’ stronghold of Ironforge. Committed once again to the Alliance’s cause, the Gnomes spend their time devising strategies and weapons that will help them retake their ravaged city and build a brighter future for their people.

Start Location: Dun Morogh
Home City: Ironforge
Racial Mount: Mechanostrider

Starting Stats:
16 Strength, 26 Agility, 20 Stamina, 24 Intellect, 20 Spirit, 54 Armor, 45 Health

Racials:

  • Escape Artist – active
Activate to break out of a Root or Snare effect – Instant
    cast – 1 min cooldown

This racial is a powerhouse. It removes, among other things, Hamstring, Crippling poison, Wingclip, Frost Nova and Frostbolt slowing effect. For a rogue, this racial is very strong, meaning that you can save your vanish/clos/impsprint for a later time instead of using it on a slow.

  • Expansive Mind – passive
    Increase Intelligence by 5%

For a rogue, this is pretty much an irrelevant racial.

  • Arcane Resistance – passive
All Gnomes get +10 Arcane Resistance

Microscopical chance of resisting that dreadful Sheep! Very ignoreable racial.

  • Technologist – passive
    15 skill bonus to Engineering

Well if you are an engineer, you stay 15 points ahead. Nothing special here either.

  • Humans

The Humans of Stormwind are a resilient breed, having survived an invasion by the savage Orcs during the First War. During the Second War, the armies of Stormwind rallied with the Alliance to reclaim their homeland of Azeroth. After the success of the Second War, Stormwind was rebuilt and Human civilization began to flourish once again throughout the southlands. With the recent invasion of the Burning Legion – which left the northern kingdom of Lordaeron in ruins – Stormwind now stands as the last bastion of human civilization. Following the heroic examples of the legendary Sir Lothar and King Llane, the defenders of Stormwind are considered to be among the fiercest warriors in the land. They stand resolute in their charge to maintain the honor and might of humanity in an ever-darkening world.

Start Location: Elwynn Forest
Home City: Stormwind
Racial Mount: Horses

Starting Stats:
21 Strength, 23 Agility, 21 Stamina, 20 Intellect, 21 Spirit, 48 Armor, 55 Health

Racials:

  • Perception - active
Activate to dramatically increase stealth detection – Lasts 20 sec – 3 min cooldown

This is a nice talent for when you enter locations where you suspect stealthers would be, like for instance around nodes in Battlegrounds, or in Arenas. And as a rogue, you remain stealthed while using it, making you detect them, but staying undetected yourself.

  • The Human Spirit – passive
    Increase Spirit by 5%

Not a big deal for a rogue, it does help the health regen a tiny bit. Nothing noticeable.

  • Diplomacy – passive
10% bonus to faction point gain

This is a great racial no matter your class selection. Reputation gain is quite important in this game, as it leads to great rewards most of the time. Definately a worthy racial.

  • Sword Specialization – passive
Humans get +5 to Sword skill
  • Mace Specialization – passive
Humans get +5 to Mace skill

Both of these used to be very strong, until Weapon Skill was changed. Nowadays this racial, while being a small boost in PvE, isn’t as strong as it once was.

  • Night Elves

The reclusive Night Elves were the first race to awaken in the World of Warcraft. These shadowy, immortal beings were the first to study magic and let it loose throughout the world nearly ten thousand years before Warcraft I. The Night Elves’ reckless use of magic drew the Burning Legion into the world and led to a catastrophic war between the two titanic races. The Night Elves barely managed to banish the Legion from the world, but their wondrous homeland was shattered and drowned by the sea.
Until recently, the Night Elves closed themselves off from the rest of the world and remained hidden atop their holy mountain of Hyjal for many thousands of years. The Legion’s invasion brought the Night Elves out of their long period of slumber. They now have renewed interest in shaping the world, and for the first time are allying themselves with other races to insure the continued survival of Azeroth.
As a race, Night Elves are typically honorable and just, but they are very distrusting of the ‘lesser races’ of the world. They are nocturnal by nature and their shadowy powers often elicit the same distrust that they have for their mortal neighbors.

Start Location: Teldrassil
Home City: Darnassus
Racial Mount: Nightsabers

Starting Stats:
18 Strength, 28 Agility, 20 Stamina, 20 Intellect, 20 Spirit, 58 Armor, 45 Health

Racials:

  • Shadowmeld – active
Activate while immobile and out of combat to enter stealth mode – lasts until canceled – no cooldown

For a rogue, this actually double as a passive +1 Stealth level racial. To put this into perspective for you, 1 talent point in Master of Deception equals 3 points of Stealth, while this racial grants you 5 points of Stealth. In addition, Shadowmeld can be used in its active form to stealth prematurely while waiting for your Stealth cooldown.

  • Quickness – passive
    Dodge chance increased by 1%

Very insignificant racial, but nice none the less. Dodge is always a nice thing to have.

  • Wisp Spirit – passive
Become a wisp when dead with movement speed increase of 50% (25% faster than normal ghost)

Very very soothing when youre wiping on a boss in an instance alot and have to corpserun, and while PvPing to get a headstart over others for resurrecting.

  • Nature Resistance – passive
All Night Elves get +10 Nature Resistance

As all the other Resistance talents, the protection it grants at lvl 70 is minimal.

Horde

  • Blood Elves

For nearly seven thousand years, the high elves cultivated a shining magical kingdom deep within the forests of northern Lordaeron. But five years ago, the undead Scourge invaded Quel’Thalas and drove the elves to the brink of extinction. Led by the evil death knight Arthas, the Scourge destroyed the mystical Sunwell, thereby severing the elves from the source of their arcane power. Though the scars of that conflict are evident, the remaining elves have banded together and retaken much of their homeland. Calling themselves “blood elves”, these grim survivors are committed to regaining the vast powers they once commanded.
Inspired by the leadership of their beloved prince, Kael’thas Sunstrider, the blood elves now seek out new sources of arcane magic and the means of defending their land against the undying horrors of the Scourge.

Start Location: Eversong Forest
Home City: Silvermoon City
Racial Mount: Hawkstrider

Starting Stats:
18 Strength, 25 Agility, 19 Stamina, 24 Intellect, 19 Spirit, 54 Armor, 100 Health

Racials:

Arcane Affinity – passive
Enchanting skill increased by 10.

Obviously only beneficial if you are an enchanter.

  • Arcane Torrent – active – (Hunters/Paladins/Mages/Priests/Warlocks only)
Silences all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 5 + 1/Level Mana restored per Mana Tap charge currently affecting you – Instant – 2 min cooldown.

This obviously does not apply to you as a rogue.

  • Arcane Torrent – active – (Rogue only)
Silences all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 10 Energy for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you – Instant – 2 min cooldown.

This is, as it says, an instant AOE silence effect. Used properly this can be VERY powerful. There is no Deathcoil if the Warlock is silenced. Very nice racial, especially if you take the time to Mana Tap for the energyboost it grants you.

  • Magic Resistance – passive
    All resistances increased by 5.

I can only repeat myself here: resist racials have no real impact due to the small boost they give.

  • Mana Tap – active
Reduces target’s mana by 51 and charges you with Arcane energy for 10 min. This effect stacks up to 3 times. Amount of mana reduced is 50 + 1/Level – 30 yd range – Instant – 30 sec cooldown.

Obviously a nice way to stack for the energygain given once you release the Mana Taps during Arcane Torrent.

  • Orcs

The savage, green-skinned Orcs are one of the most prolific races of Azeroth. They are commonly believed to be brutal and mindless, possessing no humanity or empathy for other races. Born on the hellish world of Draenor, the Orcs were brought into the kingdom of Stormwind through the dimensional gateway known as the Dark Portal and manipulated into waging war on the Humans.
Although few are aware of their history, the Orcs once cultivated a noble, Shamanistic society on the world of Draenor. Tragically, the proud Orc clans were corrupted by the Burning Legion and used as pawns in the Legion’s invasion of Azeroth. The Orcs managed to rebel, however, and they were ultimately able to help turn the tide against their demon masters.
Led by the young Warchief, Thrall, the Orcs have reclaimed their strength and honor. Now, the Orcs stand ready to fight not for the sake of conquest, but for their right to survive in their adopted world.

Start Location: Durotar
Home City: Orgrimmar
Racial Mount: Wolves

Starting Stats:
24 Strength, 20 Agility, 23 Stamina, 17 Intellect, 23 Spirit, 42 Armor, 75 Health

Racials:

  • Blood Fury – active
This one… is nice. It basically lets you powerup your attacks without needing a trinket for it. For a rogue, this is a very nice racial indeed.
  • Hardiness - passive
25% resistance to stun and knockout effects.

Now this is yet another great racial. 25% chance to resist stun effects makes other rogues cry in their sleep, makes Paladins find their happy place, and makes you feel like making love explosion in pants. Very cute racial, this is, especially if you combine it with the talent Nerves of Steel in the Combat tree, boosting the resist by yet another 10%.

  • Command – passive
Pet melee damage increased by 5%.

Well as a rogue, you don’t have a pet. Useless for you.

  • Axe Specialization – passive
Orcs get +5 to Axe skill.

Since rogues can’t use axes, this is also an ignorable racial.

  • Trolls

The vicious Jungle Trolls, who populate the numerous islands of the South Seas, are renowned for their cruelty and dark mysticism. Barbarous and superstitious, the wily Trolls carry a seething hatred for all other races.
One tribe, however, was forced to overcome its prejudices when it encountered the Orc Warchief, Thrall, and his mighty Horde. The Trolls of the Darkspear tribe, long since exiled from their ancestral lands in Stranglethorn Vale, were nearly destroyed by a band of aquatic Murlocs, but Thrall and the Horde managed to save them. In return the grateful Trolls swore an oath of eternal allegiance to the Horde.
Led by the cunning Shadow Hunter, Vol’jin, the Darkspear Trolls now make their home in Durotar along with their Orcish allies. Their village, named after their fallen tribal elder, Sen’jin, lies along the eastern coast of the harsh, rocky land. The Darkspear tribe also occupies tracks within the nearby jungles of the Echo Isles.
As part of the Horde, the Trolls have extended their loyalty to the mighty Tauren, but they have little trust for the manipulative Forsaken, whom they believe will visit only misery and strife upon their allies.

Start Location: Durotar
Home City: Orgrimmar
Racial Mount: Raptors

Starting Stats:
22 Strength, 25 Agility, 22 Stamina, 16 Intellect, 21 Spirit, 49 Armor, 52 Health

Racials:

  • Berserking – active
Increases your attack speed by 10% to 30%. At full health the speed increase is 10% with a greater effect up to 30% if you are badly hurt when you activate Berserking. Lasts 10 sec.

This is a cool racialfor a rogue, as it basically ups your DPS by quite a bit. While strongest for PvE, it has its undeniable use in PvP as well.

  • Regeneration - passive
10% health regen bonus, 10% active in combat

Regenerating health in combat can be a lifesaver, allthough mostly insignificant, in longer fights, regenerating could prove to be valuable.

  • Beast Slaying – passive
    5% damage bonus to Beasts

Well… the cool thing about this is that you get a 5% damage bonus to Druids in beastforms :P . Other than that, its fairly insignificant.

  • Throwing Weapon Specialization – passive
    +5 to Throwing Weapon skill

Very little use for this racial, as it grants nothing in PvP and ridicolously little in PvE unless you Deadly Throw a LOT .

  • Bow Specialization – passive
    +5 to Bow Weapon Skills

Same as the previous skill, fairly useless.

  • Undead

Having broken free from the tyrannical rule of the Lich King, a renegade group of undead seek to retain their own free will while destroying all those who oppose them. Known as the Forsaken, this group is dedicated to serving its leader, the banshee queen Sylvanas Windrunner. These dark warriors have established a secret stronghold beneath the ruins of Lordaeron’s former capital city. Situated deep beneath the cursed Tirisfal Glades, the labyrinthine Undercity is a sprawling bastion of evil. Within its shadowy confines, Sylvanas’ royal apothecaries scramble to develop a devastating new plague – one which will not only eradicate their hated Scourge rivals, but the rest of humanity as well.
To further their dark aims, the Forsaken have entered into an alliance of convenience with the primitive, brutish races of the Horde. Holding no real loyalty for their newfound comrades, the Forsaken have duped them into fighting against their common enemy – the Lich King. Only time will tell how these disciples of doom will fare in their mission of vengeance.

Start Location: Tirisfal Glades
Home City: Undercity
Racial Mount: Skeletal Horse

Starting Stats:
20 Strength, 21 Agility, 22 Stamina, 18 Intellect, 25 Spirit, 44 Armor, 65 Health

  • Will of the Forsaken – active
Activate to become immune to Fear, Sleep, and Charm effects. Can also be used while already afflicted by Fear or Sleep – lasts 5 sec – 2 min cooldown

This racial is very strong, en par with Escape Artist for a Rogue. This basically lets you pre-emptively discard an enemy fear/charm if you know its coming. Lets say a Warlock tries to break your lockdown with a Seduce, and you see it coming. If you use Will of the Forsaken before it lands, you can carry out your lockdown sequence uninterrupted. As it also works during the Fear/Sleep/Charm, meaning you can also use it much like the PvP trinket by breaking the effect while under it.

  • Cannibalize – active
Activate to regenerate 7% of total health every 2 sec. by consuming Humanoid or Undead corpses within 5 yds – lasts 10 sec – 2 min cooldown

This talent is awesome. If your bandage is on cooldown and there is a corpse nearby (skeleton or fleshy), you can Cannibalize it for health. Very nice racial for PvP and solo PvE grinding, allthough slightly situational for both purposes. This talent benefits from the Quick Recovery talent in Assassination.

  • Underwater Breathing – passive
Underwater breath lasts 300% longer than normal

This is… not exactly a groundbreaking racial, but its not totally useless either. Its handy for certain situations, and definately beats racials such as Gun Specialization.

  • Shadow Resistance – passive
All Undead get +10 Shadow Resistance

Isle of Quel’Danas dailies:115g in 30 minutes

September 19th, 2009

wow gold

The aim of this wow power leveling guide is the most efficient wow gold farming in the least required time, so its perfect for players who need gold and dont have a lot of time. With this guide, you get the most efficient way to get through your daily Isle of Quel’Danas quests.
I made the guide for players that dont know the Isle of Quel’Danas dailies yet or just would like to uptimize their route. I will instruct in details what to do in each quest and place. The more experienced players can skip the details part and just try my circuits for a more effiecient way through the isle dailies.

In the many times I have done these dailies I manage to do them in 25-40 minutes depending on peak hours, drop chances and pvp. Most of the time I manage to stay away from pvp and get it done in 30 mins, while I even managed to do it under 30 mins with being killed 3 times by allies.
The 115g is only based on gold from the quest rewards and selling the gray items. During the dailies you will also have chance of getting greenies, netherweave cloth, scryer and aldor reputation items and pots. I personally keep most of these items for alts and disenchanting, but by selling all, Its possible to end up with 150g from 1 run. Thats possible equal to 300g/hour. Players with gathering proffesions can of course use those to up the profit.

DISCLAIMER: This guide does NOT take into account tradeskills, drop chances or PvP. It’s 100% focused on getting through the quests in the shortest possible time. Any race/class combination can do this guide. Any complaints about PvP, tradeskills, or class specific issues will be ignored.

Basic rules

  • The daily quests used in this guide are all soloable, but they can be done just as fine in groups.
  • There are quests on the isle not mentioned in this guide. This is because they need to be done in other parts of the world, which I consider a waste of time for this fast effecient route.
  • Make sure you have at least 20 free spaces in your bags. You will get a lot of crappy items during the quests, but it can all be vendored for a little extra gold
  • Useful addons

Cartographer – Enables coordinates on your map as well, which will make it easier for you to travel with coordinates. It also removes the fog on unexplored areas of the map, which helps a lot if you are unfamiliar with the zones.

    Let’s get started!

    wow gold

    1. You take the Shattrath Portal to Isle of Quel’Danas from Shattrath City and end up in the middle of Sun’s Reach Sanctum.
Jump down from the tower and go inside it. Get the quests: [70]The Battle Must Go On, [70]The Air Strikes Must Continue and [70]Know Your Ley Lines

    2. Go southeast to Sun’s Reach Armory. Take the spiral staircase upstairs. Pickup [70]Keeping the Enemy At Bay on the way. In the top get [70]Crush the Dawnblade. Run back out to the staircase and jump down and take [70]Dont Stop Now….

    3. Mount up and ride north to the Inn and get [70]Open For Business and southeast to the Silvermoon’s Pride(the boat) and take [70]Disrupt the Greengill Coast. From here ride east out Greengill coast.

Note: From now on pick up any Bloodberry you happen to pass by until you have the 5 required. Theres gonna be a lot in the forest on the west side, so it will be no problem getting them, however you might as well pick them up if you happen to be next to it. If you are a herbalist you can track the Bloodberries on your minimap

    4. Here you go south killing all Darkspine Sirens and Darkspine Myrmidons. Make sure to loot them for Darkspine Chest Key and Orb of Murloc Control.
Use the Orb of Murloc Control on the little green murlocs to free them(if they are red it means that someone else has allready freed them). Its possible to free 3-5 pr orb, so if your lucky with bundle of murlocs, you only need 2-3 orbs. The orbs are 100% drop chance.
The Darkspine Chest Keys are used for opening the small Darkspine Ore chests you find all along the coast. The keys arent 100% drop chance, so you might have to kill a few Myrmidons to get the 3 keys.
As you move south you come to the Naga shrine(61,62) where you need to use the Astromancer’s Crystal in your inventory. If you are not done with freeing murlocs and getting ore keep killing while you move north.
As soon as you are done, mount up and ride back to the Silvermoon’s Pride and turn in [70]Disrupt the Greengill Coast.

    wow gold

    5. Ride west and then northwest to Shattered Suns Staging Area. Inside the hut you get [70]Further Conversations and [70]Arm the Wards!

    6. From the hut ride north and find Ayren Cloudbreaker at the end of the dock. You need to dismount manually before you get on any of his missions. The order here doenst matter, so I just start with the top one which is going on an air strike for [70]The Air Strikes Must Continue. Locate Arcane Charges in your inventory and put it in a hot key spot, this can be done after talking to him as it takes some time getting to the bombing area.

    7. When you reach The Dead Scar you can start to bomb. You need to kill 2 Pit Overlords, 3 Eredar Sorcerers and 12 Wrath Enforcers. The Enforcers and Sorcerers should die from 1 charge, while the Pit Overlords needs to be hit twice. There are plenty of mobs and they respawn quite fast, so its easy to get it all in 1 round, I at least have never tried not getting all my kills.

    8. You land back at Ayren Cloudbreaker and talk to him again and accept the other mission for intercepting the Dawnblade reinforcements for [70]Keeping the Enemy at Bay.
Here you need the Flaming Oil in your inventory. You only need to click it 3 times, but you can put it on a hotkey if you like.
You come to the Sin’Loren first, click the Flaming Oil and use it at the big mast. The bird then fly to the Dawnchaser, wait with throwing till you are on the eastside of the boat. Last the bird fly to the Bloodoath and here you throw from the west side of the boat.
The reason I say where to throw it from is that Ive experienced that its not working from certain points, and the ones mentioned works every time.
As you bomb the boats, make a note if there are horde or ally killing mobs on them as you need to slay 6 Dawnblade Rerservists next.
You land on the Sin’Loren in the middle and can stay there and kill Dawnblade Rerservists or move to another boat.
When you are done, talk to the Unrestrained Dragonhawk, which will take you back to land.

    wow gold

    9. Mount up and head west into the forest. Here you need to kill Wretched Fiends and Wretched Devourers for 4 Mana Remnants for Arm The Wards!, keep picking up Bloodberries if you havent gotten 5 yet and kill Erratic Sentries.
When you killed a sentry, make sure to loot it first as it usually holds a grey item and sometime motes of mana. Afterwards rightclick the Attuned Crystal Cores in your inventory and click the sentry. Now you converted 1 sentry out of 5 needed for [70]Further Conversations.
Stay in the forest until you gathered the 4 Mana Remnants, converted 5 sentries and looted 5 Bloodberries.

    10. Depending on where in the forest you are when are done, ride south or east into the Dawnstar Village.
Here you need to kill 6 Summoners, 6 Blood Knights and 3 Marksman. As you kill the mobs, move to the Blood Crystal(42,35) and do a reading with the Astromancer’s Crystal. Its very easy to kill Summoners in this room as they often dont have a pet, and if they do, you can kill the pet first without the Summoner aggroing.

    11. Continue east under the bridge and start killing Demons for [70]The Battle Must Go On. You need to slay 6 Demons and impale the Emissary of Hatewith theShattered Sun Banner. You can theEmissary of Hate no matter if its your kill or not, so focus on killing your 6 demons and go kill the Emissary of Hateif no one has by then.
At 48,44 you do the last reading with the Astromancer’s Crystal.

    12. Move northwest to the Sun’s Reach Armory and get close to a Crystal Ward (those big red crystals you can find all over) and click Mana Remnants in your inventory.
Now turn in [70]Dont Stop Now…. While you are here, repair and sell the gray items.
Run upstairs and turn in [70]Keeping the Enemy At Bay and [70]Crush the Dawnblade.

    13. Jump down and mount up. Ride north to the Inn and deliver [70]Open For Business.
Continue southwest and deliver [70]The Battle Must Go On, [70]The Air Strikes Must Continue and [70]Know Your Ley Lines.
Ride north and deliver [70]Arm The Wards! and [70]Further Conversations.
In this hut you find Eldare Dawnrunner who is the Shattered Sun Quartermaster. Furtermore, when you achieve friendly, honored, revered and exalted reputation, she will give you a care package filled with pots, elixirs and rep items you can sell for more gold.

    14. From your inventory use the Darnarian’s Scroll of Teleportation from your inventory.
You now find yourself back in the middle of Shattrath at least 115g richer done in approx 30 mins.
